  1. Manage the grant and contract process for research initiatives, including identifying funding opportunities, submitting proposals, and negotiating contracts.
  2. Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, including federal, state, and institutional policies.
  3. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of grant and contract submissions, awards, and related documents.
  4. Collaborate with researchers and other team members to develop and submit high-quality grant proposals.
  5. Review and monitor grant budgets and expenditures to ensure adherence to funding guidelines.
  6. Serve as a resource for researchers, providing guidance on grant and contract policies and procedures.
  7. Communicate with funding agencies and sponsors to provide updates and respond to inquiries.
  8. Coordinate with other departments, such as finance and legal, to ensure timely and accurate processing of grant and contract paperwork.
  9. Stay informed about changes in funding regulations and policies, and communicate updates to the research team.
  10. Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance knowledge and skills related to grant and contract management.
  11. Ensure the confidentiality of all sensitive information related to grant and contract submissions and awards.
  12. Contribute to the overall success of the research team by actively seeking out ways to improve processes and procedures.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business, Finance, Or A Related Field, With A Strong Foundation In Research Methodology And Data Analysis.

  • At Least 3 Years Of Experience In Grant Writing And Management, Preferably In A Healthcare Or Academic Setting.

  • Knowledge Of Federal And State Regulations Related To Grant Funding, As Well As Experience Working With Funding Agencies And Managing Budgets.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Diverse Stakeholders And Maintain Strong Relationships.

  • Strong Organizational Skills, Attention To Detail, And Ability To Manage Multiple Projects And Deadlines Simultaneously.
