  1. Develop and maintain relationships with funding agencies and organizations to identify potential grant and contract opportunities for the organization's research projects.
  2. Conduct thorough research and analysis to determine eligibility for grants and contracts and provide recommendations to the research team.
  3. Prepare and submit grant proposals and contract applications, ensuring all required information and documentation is included and meets specified deadlines.
  4. Collaborate with researchers and other team members to develop project budgets and timelines in accordance with grant and contract requirements.
  5. Review and negotiate contract terms and conditions to ensure compliance with organizational policies and regulations.
  6. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all grant and contract submissions, awards, and related documentation.
  7. Monitor grant and contract progress and provide regular updates to project teams, funding agencies, and senior leadership.
  8. Assist with the development and implementation of policies and procedures related to grant and contract management.
  9. Stay current on industry trends and best practices related to grant and contract management.
  10. Serve as a liaison between funding agencies, research teams, and other internal departments to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.
  11. Ensure all grants and contracts are in compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain necessary documentation.
  12. Facilitate communication and collaboration between research teams and external partners to ensure successful execution of projects.
  13. Provide support and guidance to research teams on grant and contract management processes and procedures.
  14. Assist with preparing reports and presentations on grant and contract activity for internal and external stakeholders.
  15. Continuously evaluate and improve grant and contract management processes and procedures to increase efficiency and effectiveness.

Job Qualifications
  • Excellent Communication And Negotiation Skills.

  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Finance, Or A Related Field.
