1. Oversee all aspects of grant and contract management for research projects at Henry Ford Health System.
2. Collaborate with researchers and clinicians to ensure timely submission of grant and contract applications.
3. Develop and maintain relationships with funding agencies and external stakeholders.
4. Manage grant and contract budgets, ensuring accurate and timely allocation of funds.
5. Monitor compliance with grant and contract requirements, as well as institutional policies and procedures.
6. Provide guidance and support to researchers in preparing grant and contract proposals.
7. Review and negotiate grant and contract terms and conditions.
8. Maintain accurate records and documentation for all grant and contract activities.
9. Communicate regularly with project teams and stakeholders to provide updates on grant and contract status.
10. Stay current on industry trends and changes in grant and contract regulations.
11. Identify and pursue new funding opportunities for research projects.
