  1. Provide compassionate and dedicated care to patients in need of IV therapy.
  2. Utilize expertise and knowledge of IV therapy to administer treatments and medications accurately and safely.
  3. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans for patients.
  4. Monitor patient responses to IV therapy and make necessary adjustments to treatment plan.
  5. Educate patients and their families on proper IV therapy procedures and self-care techniques.
  6. Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of patient care and treatment.
  7. Adhere to all hospital policies, procedures, and safety protocols.
  8. Communicate effectively with patients, families, and team members to ensure the highest quality of care.
  9. Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current on advancements in IV therapy.
  10. Serve as a resource and mentor to other healthcare team members on IV therapy best practices.
  11. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring all equipment and supplies are readily available.
  12. Adhere to professional standards and ethical principles in all interactions with patients, families, and colleagues.
  13. Continuously evaluate and improve the quality of care provided to patients.
  14. Actively participate in performance improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of new policies and procedures.
  15. Demonstrate a strong understanding of infection control principles and take necessary precautions to prevent the spread of infections.
  16. Serve as an advocate for patients and their families, ensuring their needs and concerns are addressed promptly.
  17. Maintain strict confidentiality of patient information and uphold HIPAA regulations.
  18. Display a positive and professional attitude at all times, promoting a culture of teamwork and collaboration.

Job Qualifications
  • Current And Valid Rn License In The State Of Employment.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Collaborate With Healthcare Team And Patients.
