  17. Keep up-to-date with advancements and changes in critical care nursing practices.
  18. Maintain a professional and compassionate demeanor at all times.
  19. Serve as a mentor and resource for less experienced nurses.
  20. Actively participate in performance improvement initiatives.

Job Qualifications
  • Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (Acls) Certification

  • Bachelor's Degree In Nursing (Bsn) From An Accredited Nursing Program

  • Current And Valid Registered Nurse License In The State Of Michigan

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience Working In A Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit (Icu) Setting

  • Ability To Work In A Fast-Paced And High-Stress Environment, With Excellent Critical Thinking And Decision-Making Skills.
