- Coordinate and manage patient care: The primary responsibility of the Registered Nurse in Access Care will be to coordinate and manage patient care in accordance with the highest standards of quality and safety.
- Provide exceptional care: The Registered Nurse will be expected to provide compassionate and exceptional care to all patients, ensuring their physical, emotional, and psychological well-being.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary team: The RN will work closely with the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans for patients, ensuring that all aspects of their care are addressed.
