
Regional Manager - Ambulatory Nursing Practice

- Develop and implement strategies to improve patient care and outcomes across multiple locations within the Ambulatory Nursing Practice.
- Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the nursing teams, including staffing, scheduling, and budgeting.
- Mentor and coach nursing staff, providing guidance and support for their professional development.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and efficient delivery of care.
- Monitor and evaluate nursing performance metrics and make necessary adjustments to achieve goals and objectives.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including patients, physicians, and other healthcare providers.

Bachelor's Degree In Nursing Or Related Field: A Regional Manager For Ambulatory Nursing Practice At Henry Ford Health System Should Have A Minimum Of A Bachelor's Degree In Nursing Or A Related Field. This Will Ensure That The Candidate Has A Strong Foundation In Nursing Principles And Practices.
Registered Nurse (Rn) License: The Ideal Candidate Should Hold A Valid Rn License In The State Of Michigan Or Be Eligible For Licensure. This Will Demonstrate Their Competency And Knowledge In The Field Of Nursing.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Nursing Leadership: The Regional Manager Should Have At Least 5 Years Of Experience In A Leadership Role Within A Clinical Setting. This Will Ensure That The Candidate Has The Necessary Skills And Knowledge To Effectively Manage And Lead A Team Of Nurses.
Experience In Ambulatory Care: The Candidate Should Have Prior Experience In Ambulatory Care Settings, Such As Outpatient Clinics Or Physician Offices. This Will Demonstrate Their Understanding Of The Unique Challenges And Practices In Ambulatory Nursing.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills: As A Regional Manager, The Candidate Will Be Responsible For Coordinating And Collaborating With Various Stakeholders, Including Nurses, Physicians, And Other Healthcare Professionals. Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills Are Essential For Building And Maintaining Effective Relationships.
