  1. Assist in providing exceptional care to patients by supporting the radiology team in various tasks and procedures.
  2. Maintain a high level of compassion and empathy towards patients, ensuring their comfort and well-being throughout their visit.
  3. Organize and prepare patient files and equipment for procedures, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  4. Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean and sterile environment in the radiology department.
  5. Demonstrate excellent communication skills in interactions with patients, colleagues, and other healthcare professionals.
  6. Collaborate with the radiology team to ensure smooth and timely patient flow and assist in managing any unexpected situations.
  7. Provide administrative support by scheduling appointments, managing patient records, and handling other administrative tasks as needed.
  8. Continuously update and maintain knowledge of radiology technology and procedures to ensure the highest level of patient care.
  9. Adhere to all hospital policies and procedures, including confidentiality and ethical standards.
  10. Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment by actively participating in team meetings and trainings, and maintaining a professional and respectful attitude towards colleagues and patients.

Job Qualifications

  • Certification In Radiology Technology: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Valid Certification In Radiology Technology From An Accredited Institution, Demonstrating Their Knowledge And Skills In Performing Radiographic Procedures.

  • Experience In A Healthcare Setting: Candidates With Prior Experience Working In A Healthcare Setting, Preferably In A Radiology Department, Will Be Preferred. This Experience Will Showcase Their Understanding Of Medical Terminology, Equipment Handling, And Patient Care.

  • Strong Interpersonal And Communication Skills: As A Radiology Technology Assistant, The Candidate Will Be Required To Interact With Patients, Radiologists, And Other Healthcare Professionals. Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills Are Essential For Building A Positive Work Environment And Providing Quality Patient Care.

  • Knowledge Of Radiology Equipment And Safety Procedures: The Candidate Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of Radiology Equipment, Including X-Ray Machines, Ct Scanners, And Mri Machines. They Should Also Be Well-Versed In Safety Protocols And Procedures To Ensure The Well-Being Of Patients And Staff.
