  1. Develop and implement quality and risk management strategies to ensure the highest level of patient care and safety within the organization.
  2. Collaborate with healthcare teams to identify areas of improvement and develop action plans to address potential risks and issues.
  3. Conduct regular audits and assessments to evaluate the effectiveness of current quality and risk management processes and make recommendations for improvement.
  4. Stay up-to-date on industry standards, regulations, and best practices related to quality and risk management in healthcare.
  5. Educate and train staff on quality and risk management principles and practices to promote a culture of safety and continuous improvement.
  6. Utilize data and analytics to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement in quality and risk management.
  7. Facilitate root cause analysis and corrective action plans for adverse events and near misses to prevent future occurrences.
  8. Work closely with leadership to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and accreditation standards related to quality and risk management.
  9. Serve as a resource and consultant for staff and leadership on quality and risk management issues and initiatives.
  10. Communicate regularly with internal and external stakeholders to provide updates on quality and risk management efforts and outcomes.
  11. Participate in quality improvement committees and interdisciplinary teams to contribute to the development and implementation of quality improvement initiatives.
  12. Maintain accurate and detailed records, reports, and documentation related to quality and risk management activities.
  13. Promote a positive and proactive approach to quality and risk management and foster a culture of continuous improvement throughout the organization.
  14. Collaborate with external agencies, organizations, and professionals to benchmark and share best practices in quality and risk management.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Healthcare Administration, Business, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Quality/Risk Management In A Healthcare Setting.

  • Certification In Quality Or Risk Management, Such As Certified Professional In Healthcare Risk Management (Cphrm) Or Certified Professional In Healthcare Quality (Cphq).

  • Knowledge And Understanding Of Regulatory Requirements And Accreditation Standards, Such As The Joint Commission And Cms.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Interpret Data And Make Recommendations For Improvement.
