  1. Develop and implement quality improvement strategies and initiatives in collaboration with key stakeholders.
  2. Analyze data and trends to identify areas for improvement and create action plans to address them.
  3. Provide leadership and guidance to departmental teams to ensure quality improvement goals are met.
  4. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of quality improvement initiatives and make adjustments as needed.
  5. Serve as a subject matter expert on quality improvement processes, methodologies, and best practices.
  6. Collaborate with other departments and teams to ensure a coordinated and integrated approach to quality improvement.
  7. Communicate regularly with staff and management to promote a culture of continuous quality improvement.
  8. Develop and maintain quality improvement policies, procedures, and documentation.
  9. Train and educate staff on quality improvement principles and techniques.
  10. Participate in meetings and committees related to quality improvement and quality assurance.
  11. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices related to quality improvement.
  12. Act as a liaison between the organization and external quality improvement organizations or agencies.
  13. Conduct audits and reviews to ensure compliance with quality improvement standards and regulations.
  14. Prepare and present reports on quality improvement progress and outcomes to senior management.
  15. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that promotes a commitment to quality improvement.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Healthcare Administration, Nursing, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Healthcare Quality Improvement, Preferably In A Leadership Role.

  • Knowledge Of Quality Improvement Methodologies Such As Six Sigma, Lean, Or Pdsa.

  • Experience With Data Analysis And Interpretation, Including Proficiency In Statistical Software.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Multidisciplinary Teams And Lead Change Initiatives.
