  1. Conduct psychological assessments and evaluations of patients under supervision of licensed mental health professionals.
  2. Develop and implement treatment plans for patients in collaboration with the treatment team.
  3. Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions for patients.
  4. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and treatment plans.
  5. Attend and actively participate in team meetings and case conferences.
  6. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and holistic patient care.
  7. Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards in all aspects of the job.
  8. Stay up-to-date on current research and best practices in the field of psychology.
  9. Demonstrate empathy and compassion towards patients and their families.
  10. Communicate effectively with patients, families, and colleagues.
  11. Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities provided by the organization.
  12. Adhere to all policies, procedures, and regulations of the organization.

Job Qualifications
  • Completed Or Currently Enrolled In A Bachelor's Or Master's Degree Program In Psychology Or A Related Field.

  • Demonstrated Interest In And Understanding Of The Field Of Psychology, As Evidenced By Coursework, Research, Or Relevant Experience.

  • Strong Interpersonal And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Work Effectively With Diverse Populations And Communicate Complex Concepts In A Clear And Concise Manner.

  • Familiarity With Psychological Assessment And Treatment Methods, Including Knowledge Of Relevant Theories And Evidence-Based Practices.

  • Ability To Work Independently And As Part Of A Team, With A Strong Work Ethic And A Commitment To Ethical And Professional Standards In The Field Of Psychology.
