
Psychology Associate

- Conduct initial intake assessments with patients to gather information and determine appropriate treatment plans.
- Administer and score psychological tests and assessments under the supervision of licensed psychologists.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement treatment plans for patients.
- Provide individual and group therapy sessions to patients with mental health conditions.
- Monitor patient progress and make adjustments to treatment plans as needed.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.
- Assist in crisis intervention and de-escalation when necessary.
- Educate patients and their families on mental health conditions and treatment options.
- Participate in regular team meetings and case conferences.
- Stay current on developments and advancements in the field of psychology.
- Adhere to all ethical and legal guidelines in the provision of services.
- Maintain a professional and compassionate demeanor when interacting with patients and their families.
- Collaborate with community resources and refer patients to appropriate services as needed.
- Adhere to all policies and procedures set forth by Henry Ford Health System.

Strong Interpersonal And Communication Skills.
Bachelor's Degree In Psychology Or A Related Field From An Accredited University.
Experience Working In A Clinical Or Research Setting, Preferably In A Healthcare Setting.
Knowledge Of Psychological Assessment And Treatment Modalities.
Ability To Work Collaboratively With A Multidisciplinary Team And Adapt To A Fast-Paced, Dynamic Environment.
