  1. Verify and update provider information with insurance companies to ensure accurate and timely enrollment.
  2. Maintain a thorough understanding of insurance company enrollment processes and requirements.
  3. Identify and troubleshoot any issues that arise during the enrollment process, working closely with insurance companies and internal teams to resolve them.
  4. Communicate with healthcare providers to gather necessary information and documentation for enrollment.
  5. Regularly review and update enrollment records to ensure compliance with insurance company policies and regulations.
  6. Collaborate with internal teams, including billing and credentialing, to ensure seamless and efficient enrollment processes.
  7. Stay up-to-date on changes in insurance company policies and procedures related to provider enrollment.
  8. Develop and maintain strong relationships with insurance company representatives to facilitate smooth enrollment processes.
  9. Utilize various databases and systems to track and manage provider enrollment information.
  10. Provide exceptional customer service to healthcare providers seeking assistance with enrollment processes.
  11. Contribute to the development and implementation of new and improved enrollment processes and procedures.
  12. Maintain confidentiality of all provider and enrollment information in accordance with HIPAA regulations.
  13. Adhere to departmental and organizational guidelines and standards.
  14. Participate in training and development opportunities to stay current on industry trends and best practices.
  15. Complete other duties and projects as assigned by management.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In Provider Enrollment, Credentialing, Or Related Healthcare Field.

  • Knowledge Of Government And Commercial Payer Enrollment Processes, Regulations, And Requirements.

  • Proficient In Computer Skills And Experience With Electronic Enrollment Systems.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate With Providers, Payers, And Internal Stakeholders.
