  1. Develop and implement strategies to protect Henry Ford Health System from cyber threats.
  2. Lead the organization's incident response efforts and oversee the forensic investigation process.
  3. Conduct regular risk assessments and vulnerability scans to identify potential security vulnerabilities.
  4. Develop and maintain a comprehensive incident response plan and ensure its effectiveness in the event of a cyber attack.
  5. Stay updated on the latest trends and developments in the cybersecurity field and make recommendations for improvement.
  6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure security measures are implemented throughout the organization.
  7. Monitor and analyze security systems and logs to identify and address any potential security breaches.
  8. Provide guidance and training to other team members on best practices for cybersecurity.
  9. Conduct regular security audits and assessments to ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.
  10. Serve as the primary point of contact for all cybersecurity incidents and communicate with relevant stakeholders.
  11. Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and vendors for incident response and forensic investigation support.
  12. Stay abreast of emerging technologies and make recommendations for incorporating them into the organization's security infrastructure.
  13. Lead and mentor a team of cybersecurity professionals, providing guidance and support in their professional development.
  14. Participate in industry forums and conferences to represent Henry Ford Health System and share knowledge and expertise in cybersecurity.
  15. Ensure adherence to all security policies, procedures, and guidelines established by the organization.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience In Digital Forensics And Incident Response: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In Digital Forensics And Incident Response, With A Proven Track Record Of Successfully Handling Complex Cyber Incidents.

  • Strong Technical Knowledge: A Deep Understanding Of Computer And Network Systems, Operating Systems, Programming Languages, And Forensic Tools Is Essential For This Role. The Candidate Should Also Have Experience With Cloud Computing, Virtualization, And Mobile Devices.

  • Leadership And Management Skills: As A Principal Forensic & Incident Response Architect, The Candidate Will Be Responsible For Leading A Team Of Analysts And Investigators. Thus, Strong Leadership And Management Skills Are Crucial, Along With The Ability To Collaborate And Communicate Effectively With Different Stakeholders.

  • Industry Certifications: The Candidate Should Hold Relevant Industry Certifications Such As Certified Information Systems Security Professional (Cissp), Certified Information Security Manager (Cism), Or Certified Computer Examiner (Cce).

  • Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills: The Candidate Should Possess Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills To Identify And Mitigate Potential Cyber Threats. They Should Also Be Able To Think Critically And Make Sound Decisions Under Pressure.
