  1. Oversee and manage all operations of the Maternal Fetal Medicine department, including staff, budget, and resources.
  2. Develop and implement strategic plans to ensure the success and growth of the practice.
  3. Recruit, train, and supervise a team of healthcare professionals, including physicians, nurses, and administrative staff.
  4. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment to promote teamwork and enhance employee satisfaction.
  5. Monitor and maintain the department's budget, including expenses and revenues.
  6. Ensure compliance with all regulatory and legal requirements related to healthcare practices.
  7. Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective operations.
  8. Analyze and evaluate data to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance patient care and satisfaction.
  9. Act as a liaison between the department and other departments within the organization, as well as external partners and vendors.
  10. Communicate and collaborate with physicians to ensure quality patient care and promote a patient-centered approach.
  11. Respond to patient complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  12. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in healthcare management to continuously improve the practice.
  13. Foster a culture of continuous learning and development for staff through coaching, training, and performance evaluations.
  14. Represent the practice in meetings and conferences, both internally and externally.
  15. Uphold the mission and values of the Henry Ford Health System and promote a positive image of the organization.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In A Management Or Leadership Role, Preferably In A Maternal Fetal Medicine Practice.

  • Strong Understanding Of Healthcare Regulations And Compliance, Specifically Related To Maternal And Fetal Care.

  • Experience With Budgeting, Financial Management, And Strategic Planning.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Effectively With Diverse Teams And Stakeholders.
