Certification As A Pharmacy Technician: A Valid Certification From An Accredited Pharmacy Technician Program Is Required For This Position. This Ensures That The Candidate Has The Necessary Knowledge And Skills To Perform The Duties Of A Pharmacy Technician.
Prior Experience In Hospital Pharmacy: Previous Experience In A Hospital Or Healthcare Setting Is Preferred, As It Demonstrates Familiarity With Pharmacy Operations And Procedures Specific To The Healthcare Industry.
Knowledge Of Medications And Dosages: A Thorough Understanding Of Medications, Their Uses, And Dosages Is Essential For A Pharmacy Technician. This Knowledge Is Crucial For Ensuring Accurate Dispensing And Safe Administration Of Medications To Patients.
