  • Conduct research and stay up-to-date on the latest advancements and developments in the field of cell and gene therapy
  • Collaborate with healthcare providers and other team members to develop and implement effective cell and gene therapy treatment plans for patients
  • Monitor patient responses to therapy and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans
  • Manage and oversee the storage, handling, and dispensing of cell and gene therapy medications in compliance with regulations and protocols
  • Train and educate other healthcare professionals on the proper use and administration of cell and gene therapy medications
  • Participate in clinical trials and studies to evaluate the effectiveness and safety of new cell and gene therapy treatments
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient treatment plans, medication orders, and outcomes
  • Collaborate with pharmaceutical companies and vendors to ensure timely and reliable delivery of cell and gene therapy medications
  • Serve as a resource and consultant for patients, families, and healthcare providers regarding cell and gene therapy treatments and medications

Job Qualifications
  • Advanced Degree In Pharmacy (Pharmd) With Specialized Training In Cell And Gene Therapy.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience Working In A Clinical Pharmacy Setting, With A Focus On Cell And Gene Therapy.

  • In-Depth Knowledge And Understanding Of Fda Regulations And Guidelines Related To Cell And Gene Therapy.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Interpret And Evaluate Complex Medical Data.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With A Multidisciplinary Team And Educate Patients On The Use And Potential Side Effects Of Cell And Gene Therapy Treatments.
