- Collaborate with healthcare providers and other team members to develop and implement effective cell and gene therapy treatment plans for patients
- Monitor patient responses to therapy and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans
- Manage and oversee the storage, handling, and dispensing of cell and gene therapy medications in compliance with regulations and protocols

Advanced Degree In Pharmacy (Pharmd) With Specialized Training In Cell And Gene Therapy.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience Working In A Clinical Pharmacy Setting, With A Focus On Cell And Gene Therapy.
In-Depth Knowledge And Understanding Of Fda Regulations And Guidelines Related To Cell And Gene Therapy.
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Interpret And Evaluate Complex Medical Data.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With A Multidisciplinary Team And Educate Patients On The Use And Potential Side Effects Of Cell And Gene Therapy Treatments.
