  1. Assist in the preparation and dispensing of medications under the supervision of a licensed pharmacist.
  2. Conduct medication inventory checks and assist with medication ordering and restocking.
  3. Observe and learn from experienced pharmacists regarding proper medication storage, handling, and record-keeping.
  4. Ensure accuracy and completeness of patient medication profiles.
  5. Communicate effectively with patients, healthcare providers, and other members of the healthcare team.
  6. Maintain a clean and organized work environment to comply with safety and regulatory standards.
  7. Participate in quality assurance activities, such as medication error reporting and monitoring.
  8. Attend educational and training sessions to enhance knowledge and skills in pharmacy practice.
  9. Adhere to all ethical and legal standards pertaining to pharmaceutical care.
  10. Provide excellent customer service to patients and their families.
  11. Contribute to the implementation of new pharmacy initiatives and processes.
  12. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to optimize patient care and outcomes.
  13. Follow established policies and procedures to ensure compliance with state and federal laws.
  14. Keep up-to-date with industry developments and advancements in pharmacy practice.

Job Qualifications
  • Completion Of At Least Two Years Of A Doctor Of Pharmacy (Pharmd) Program At An Accredited Institution.

  • Active Enrollment In A Pharmacy Internship Program Approved By The Michigan Board Of Pharmacy.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Pharmaceuticals And Medical Terminology.

  • Excellent Interpersonal And Communication Skills.

  • Ability To Work Efficiently And Effectively In A Fast-Paced Healthcare Environment.
