- Develop and implement strategies to improve patient care through the utilization of technology and retail systems.
- Analyze and evaluate current healthcare and retail operations to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, healthcare operations, and retail operations to ensure effective integration of systems and processes.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on healthcare and retail information systems, staying up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure the accuracy and integrity of patient and retail data within the systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or challenges with the systems, working closely with technical support as needed.
- Develop and maintain training materials and provide training to staff on the use of healthcare and retail information systems.
- Assist in the development and implementation of new technology initiatives to enhance patient care and retail services.
- Monitor and analyze system performance and recommend improvements to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations, policies, and procedures related to healthcare and retail information systems.
- Act as a liaison between healthcare and retail departments to identify opportunities for collaboration and process improvement.
- Participate in the testing and implementation of system upgrades and enhancements.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to end-users.
- Generate reports and analyze data to identify trends and provide insights for decision making.
- Continuously seek ways to improve processes and systems to enhance patient care and retail services.
Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In Healthcare Information Systems Analysis, With A Focus On Patient And Retail Systems.
Strong Understanding Of Healthcare Industry Regulations And Standards, Such As Hipaa And Hl7.
Proficiency In Database Management, Sql, And Data Analysis Tools.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Both Technical And Non-Technical Stakeholders.
