
Patient Access Liaison
We are looking for a passionate, organized, and customer service-minded Patient Access Liaison to join the Henry Ford Health System team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to patients in order to ensure a positive experience throughout their visit to our medical facilities. You will also be responsible for accurately collecting patient information and ensuring that all registration paperwork is completed in a timely manner. To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent customer service skills, strong written and verbal communication skills, knowledge of medical terminology, and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Experience in a medical office setting and knowledge of medical insurance are also required.
