  1. Provide advanced medical care to patients in emergency and non-emergency situations.
  2. Respond to emergency calls and provide timely and efficient medical assistance.
  3. Administer necessary medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
  4. Assess and triage patients to determine the appropriate level of care needed.
  5. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure quality patient care.
  6. Educate patients and their families on preventive and post-treatment care.
  7. Maintain accurate and updated patient records and documentation.
  8. Follow all safety protocols and procedures while responding to emergencies.
  9. Keep up-to-date with new medical advancements and procedures.
  10. Participate in ongoing training and development programs.
  11. Work closely with local emergency services and hospitals to coordinate patient care.
  12. Follow all state and federal regulations and guidelines pertaining to emergency medical services.
  13. Demonstrate compassion, empathy, and professionalism while interacting with patients and their families.
  14. Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  15. Be available for on-call and rotating shifts as needed.

Job Qualifications
  • Certification As A Paramedic: This Is A Basic Requirement For Any Paramedic Position And Demonstrates The Individual's Knowledge And Skills In Emergency Medical Care.

  • Experience In Mobile Integrated Health: Experience In Providing Care In Non-Traditional Settings Such As Homes, Clinics, And Community Events Is Highly Valued As It Shows The Candidate's Ability To Adapt To Different Environments And Provide Care Beyond Traditional Ambulance Services.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills: As A Mobile Integrated Health Medic, The Individual Will Be Required To Work Closely With Patients, Their Families, And Other Healthcare Professionals. Strong Communication Skills And The Ability To Build Rapport With Diverse Populations Are Essential For Success In This Role.

  • Critical Thinking And Problem-Solving Abilities: The Job Of A Mobile Integrated Health Medic Involves Making Quick And Sound Decisions In High-Stress Situations. Candidates Must Possess Excellent Critical Thinking Skills To Assess Complex Situations And Provide Appropriate Interventions.

  • Valid Driver's License And Clean Driving Record: Since The Role Involves Responding To Emergency Calls In A Mobile Unit, A Valid Driver's License And A Clean Driving Record Are Necessary To Ensure The Safety Of The Medic, Patients, And The General Public.
