Valid Medical License In The State Of Michigan
Medical Degree (Md Or Do) From An Accredited Institution
Completed Residency Program In Orthopedic Surgery
Board Certification In Orthopedic Surgery From The American Board Of Orthopaedic Surgery
Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience As An Orthopedic Surgeon, Preferably In A Hospital Or Healthcare System Setting.
