Job Description

Henry Ford Health System is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner - Physician Assistant Palliative Care to join our team and provide compassionate, patient-centered care. This is an outstanding opportunity for an individual with the qualifications and passion to make a difference in the lives of our palliative patients and their families.The successful candidate will provide palliative care services to inpatients and outpatients in the Henry Ford Health System. The Nurse Practitioner - Physician Assistant Palliative Care will be an integral part of the interdisciplinary team, working closely with physicians, nurses, social workers, care coordinators, and other team members to provide comprehensive care.We are looking for a candidate that has a strong commitment to providing the highest quality of care to our patients and their families. The ideal candidate must have a Master’s degree in Nursing or Physician Assistant Studies, current licensure/certification to practice in the State of Michigan, and at least two years of experience in palliative care. The Nurse Practitioner - Physician Assistant Palliative Care must have excellent communication and organizational skills, be a self-starter, and demonstrate excellent clinical judgement and decision-making skills.If you have a commitment to providing excellent patient care and are looking to join a dedicated and collaborative team, we want to hear from you!
