  1. Provide compassionate care to patients with cardiac conditions in the Telemetry Cardiology unit.
  2. Work collaboratively with a team of healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
  3. Perform basic nursing tasks such as taking vital signs, assisting with personal hygiene, and turning and positioning patients.
  4. Monitor and report any changes in patient's condition to the nursing team.
  5. Assist with patient admission, transfer, and discharge processes.
  6. Maintain a clean and safe patient environment.
  7. Adhere to all hospital policies, procedures, and protocols.
  8. Demonstrate empathy and patience towards patients and their families.
  9. Continuously learn and grow in knowledge and skills related to cardiac care.
  10. Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for improving patient care.
  11. Respond to patient and family inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  12. Follow infection control protocols to prevent the spread of infectious diseases.
  13. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care.
  14. Attend required trainings and workshops to stay current on best practices and advancements in cardiac care.
  15. Adhere to ethical and legal standards in patient care.

  • Current Cna Certification: The First Requirement For A Nurse Assistant - Telemetry Cardiology Position At Henry Ford Health System Is A Current Certification As A Certified Nursing Assistant (Cna).
