Certified Nursing Assistant (Cna) Certification: A Nurse Assistant - Observation At Henry Ford Health System Must Possess A Valid Cna Certification, Indicating Completion Of Formal Training And Competency Evaluation.
Prior Experience In A Hospital Or Clinical Setting: The Ideal Candidate Should Have At Least 1-2 Years Of Experience As A Nurse Assistant Or Similar Role In A Hospital Or Clinical Setting, Demonstrating Their Ability To Handle High-Stress Situations And Follow Strict Protocols.
Familiarity With Patient Observation And Monitoring: As A Nurse Assistant - Observation, One Of The Primary Responsibilities Is To Closely Monitor And Track Changes In Patient Condition. Therefore, Candidates Should Have Experience In Patient Observation And The Ability To Accurately Document And Report Any Changes.
