  1. Accurately transcribe and document medical reports for surgical pathology cases.
  2. Ensure all transcribed documents adhere to established format and guidelines.

  5. Ensure timely completion and delivery of transcribed reports.

  10. Assist with quality assurance activities to ensure accuracy and consistency in transcriptions.
  11. Communicate effectively with team members and medical professionals to provide efficient and accurate transcription services.
  12. Adhere to all company policies and procedures related to medical transcription.
  13. Attend training sessions and workshops to continuously improve skills and knowledge.
  14. Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality in all aspects of the job.
  15. Prioritize and manage workload to meet tight deadlines and ensure timely delivery of transcribed reports.

Job Qualifications
  • Certified Medical Transcriptionist (Cmt) Or Certified Healthcare Documentation Specialist (Chds) Credentials.

  • Experience In Transcription Of Surgical Pathology Reports, Including Knowledge Of Medical Terminology And Anatomy.

  • Proficiency In Using Electronic Health Record (Ehr) And Transcription Software.

  • Strong Attention To Detail And Accuracy In Transcribing Complex Medical Information.

  • Knowledge Of Hipaa Regulations And Ability To Maintain Patient Confidentiality.
