- Stay updated on emerging infectious diseases and trends in infection control to continuously improve and adapt the healthcare system's protocols.
- Serve as a role model for infection control practices and promote a culture of safety and prevention throughout the healthcare system.
- Provide guidance and support during outbreaks or infectious disease emergencies.
- Continuously evaluate and update infection control policies and procedures in response to new information and evidence-based practices.
Strong Clinical Background And Experience In Infection Prevention And Control, With A Minimum Of 5 Years In A Leadership Role.
Expertise In Developing And Implementing Infection Control Policies And Procedures In Accordance With State And Federal Regulations.
Knowledge And Understanding Of Antimicrobial Stewardship Principles And Practices, Including Experience In Developing And Implementing Antimicrobial Stewardship Programs.
Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills, With The Ability To Work Effectively With A Diverse Team Of Healthcare Professionals.
