  1. Provide high-quality patient care under the supervision of experienced healthcare professionals.
  2. Assist in patient intake and preparation for examinations or procedures.
  3. Accurately record and update patient information in electronic medical records.
  4. Handle and maintain medical equipment and supplies.
  5. Monitor vital signs and report any changes or abnormalities to the healthcare team.

  • Completion Of A Recognized Medical Assistant Training Program: Candidates For The Medical Assistant Apprentice Job At Henry Ford Health System Should Have Completed A Recognized Training Program In Medical Assisting. This Ensures That They Have A Strong Foundation In Healthcare Principles, Medical Terminology, And Clinical Procedures.

  • Basic Knowledge Of Electronic Medical Records (Emr) Systems: As An Apprentice Medical Assistant, Candidates Should Have A Basic Understanding Of Electronic Medical Records Systems And Be Able To Navigate And Document Patient Information Accurately.
