  1. Develop and implement strategies to promote a culture of safety and reliability throughout the healthcare organization.
  2. Lead and oversee the safety and reliability programs, policies, and procedures.
  3. Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements related to safety and reliability.
  4. Conduct regular risk assessments and identify potential safety and reliability issues.
  5. Collaborate with various departments and stakeholders to address safety and reliability concerns.
  6. Implement and monitor processes to identify, report, and mitigate safety and reliability events.
  7. Develop and deliver training programs to educate staff on safety and reliability best practices.
  8. Monitor and analyze safety and reliability data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  9. Develop and maintain relationships with external organizations and agencies to stay updated on industry best practices and regulations.
  10. Lead investigations and root cause analyses of safety and reliability incidents.
  11. Develop and review emergency preparedness plans to ensure the safety and reliability of the organization during crisis situations.
  12. Provide regular reports and presentations to senior management on safety and reliability performance.
  13. Mentor and coach staff on safety and reliability principles.
  14. Stay informed about industry developments and advancements in safety and reliability practices.
  15. Uphold the highest standards of safety and reliability in all aspects of the organization.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Occupational Health And Safety, Industrial Engineering, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In A Safety And Reliability Management Role, Preferably In A Healthcare Setting.

  • Knowledge Of Osha Regulations, Joint Commission Standards, And Other Relevant Safety And Reliability Guidelines.

  • Strong Leadership Skills And Experience Managing A Team Of Safety And Reliability Professionals.

  • Excellent Communication And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Various Departments And Stakeholders.
