Manager - Safety & Reliability

The Manager - Safety & Reliability will be responsible for developing and implementing safety and reliability programs and initiatives, evaluating current processes and identifying opportunities for improvement, and liaising with internal and external stakeholders.The successful candidate will have a minimum of five years' experience in safety and reliability, possess a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, and have an excellent understanding of safety and reliability standards. The candidate must have strong problem-solving and communication skills, and be able to work collaboratively and professionally with all levels of staff. A positive attitude and a desire to contribute to a positive culture are essential for this role.
