  1. Provide high-quality nursing care to employees in the occupational health setting.
  2. Conduct health screenings and assessments for employees.

  9. Communicate effectively with employees, healthcare providers, and other members of the healthcare team.
  10. Stay current on industry standards and best practices in occupational health nursing.
  11. Participate in team meetings and contribute to discussions and problem-solving.
  12. Provide support and guidance to other healthcare professionals in the occupational health setting.
  13. Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical and legal standards in all aspects of the job.
  14. Remain flexible and adaptable to meet the changing needs of the organization.
  15. Continuously strive to improve processes and procedures to enhance the overall effectiveness and efficiency of the occupational health program.

Job Qualifications
  • Active Lpn License In The State Of Michigan.

  • Previous Experience In Occupational Health Or Related Field.
