LPN- Home Health Care/ Hospice

The Henry Ford Health System is looking for an experienced and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Home Health Care and Hospice team. In this role, you will provide skilled nursing care to a variety of patients in their homes or other residential environments. As an LPN, you will be responsible for providing direct patient care, managing patient care plans, and assisting other healthcare professionals with tasks.
