  1. Develop and implement innovative leadership development programs that align with the organization's goals and objectives.
  2. Conduct needs assessments to identify leadership development gaps and design customized solutions to address them.
  3. Collaborate with key stakeholders and leaders to understand their development needs and create tailored development plans.
  4. Design and facilitate leadership development workshops, seminars, and training sessions.
  5. Utilize a variety of learning methods and techniques to engage and inspire leaders, including workshops, case studies, group discussions, and individual coaching.
  6. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in leadership development to continuously improve and enhance programs.
  7. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of leadership development initiatives and make recommendations for improvement.
  8. Identify high-potential employees and create targeted development plans to groom them for future leadership roles.
  9. Serve as a mentor and coach to leaders to support their growth and development.
  10. Collaborate with HR and talent management teams to integrate leadership development initiatives into recruitment, performance management, and succession planning processes.
  11. Develop strong relationships with internal and external partners to leverage their expertise and resources for leadership development programs.
  12. Communicate regularly with leaders and stakeholders to provide updates on leadership development initiatives and gather feedback.
  13. Assist in the creation of leadership development budgets and manage expenses to ensure programs are delivered within budget.
  14. Act as a brand ambassador for the organization's leadership development programs, promoting them internally and externally to attract top talent.
  15. Continuously assess and improve the leadership development framework and strategy to ensure it aligns with the organization's evolving needs and goals.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Leadership Development, Organizational Development, Human Resources, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Leadership Development, Preferably In A Healthcare Setting.

  • Strong Understanding Of Leadership Theories And Practices, And Experience Developing And Implementing Leadership Development Programs.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Interact With Employees At All Levels Of The Organization.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Coaching And Mentoring Leaders To Improve Their Skills And Achieve Organizational Goals.
