  1. Lead and mentor a team of radiographers to ensure the delivery of high-quality imaging services to patients.
  2. Oversee the daily operations of the radiography department, including scheduling, equipment maintenance, and staff assignments.
  3. Ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety standards related to radiography procedures.
  4. Train and onboard new radiographers, providing guidance and support to help them succeed in their roles.
  5. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as physicians and nurses, to coordinate patient care and meet their imaging needs.
  6. Monitor and evaluate the performance of the radiography team, providing feedback and coaching as needed.
  7. Stay up-to-date on industry developments and advancements in radiography technology, and implement new techniques and protocols as appropriate.
  8. Handle patient inquiries and concerns, and address any issues that may arise during imaging procedures.
  9. Maintain accurate and complete records of all radiography procedures and patient data.
  10. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork and open communication among team members.
  11. Adhere to the organization's mission, vision, and values in all aspects of the job.
  12. Continuously strive for excellence in patient care and satisfaction, seeking ways to improve processes and procedures.
  13. Participate in departmental and organizational meetings, trainings, and committees as required.
  14. Act as a role model for the radiography team, demonstrating professionalism, compassion, and respect for patients and colleagues.
  15. Perform other duties as assigned by the department manager or supervisor.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Radiologic Technology Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience As A Radiologic Technologist In A Hospital Or Healthcare Setting.

  • Current Certification From The American Registry Of Radiologic Technologists (Arrt).

  • Previous Experience In A Leadership Or Supervisory Role.

  • Strong Communication, Organizational, And Problem-Solving Skills.
