  1. Develop and execute implementation plans for new technology and processes, ensuring smooth integration into existing systems and workflows.
  2. Collaborate with various departments and stakeholders to understand their needs and requirements for successful adoption of new technology.
  3. Conduct comprehensive training sessions and provide ongoing support to end-users to ensure proper adoption and utilization of new technology.
  4. Analyze current processes and identify opportunities for improvement through the implementation of new technology.
  5. Monitor and track progress of implementation, identify any issues or delays, and provide timely solutions to ensure project timelines are met.
  6. Develop and implement change management strategies to promote smooth adoption of new technology and processes.
  7. Create and maintain comprehensive documentation and training materials for new technology and processes.
  8. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve implementation and adoption strategies.
  9. Collaborate with the IT team to troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues related to new technology.
  10. Communicate progress and updates to management and stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment with project goals.
  11. Continuously evaluate and gather feedback on the effectiveness of new technology and processes, and make necessary adjustments to improve adoption and usage.
  12. Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service while interacting with all stakeholders throughout the implementation and adoption process.
  13. Adhere to all organizational policies and procedures, as well as industry regulations and best practices, during the implementation and adoption of new technology.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Information Technology, Computer Science, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Experience In Implementing And Supporting It Systems, Preferably In A Healthcare Setting.

  • Strong Understanding Of Project Management Principles And Experience Managing Complex It Projects.

  • Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills To Work With Cross-Functional Teams And Stakeholders.

  • Knowledge Of Healthcare Industry Regulations And Standards, Such As Hipaa And Meaningful Use, To Ensure Compliance In System Implementation And Adoption Processes.
