- Utilize expertise in Kronos to effectively manage and maintain the HRIS system at Henry Ford Health System
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement system upgrades and enhancements
- Conduct regular audits and troubleshoot any issues that arise within the HRIS system
- Develop and maintain documentation and training materials for the HRIS system
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in HR technology to make recommendations for improvement and optimization
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy within the HRIS system
- Serve as a subject matter expert on Kronos and provide support to HR team members and end-users
- Assist with the implementation of new HRIS modules or systems as needed
- Provide training and support to end-users on HRIS processes and procedures
- Identify opportunities to streamline and improve HR processes through the use of technology
- Communicate and collaborate with external vendors as needed to resolve technical issues or implement system changes
- Participate in meetings and discussions related to HRIS and technology initiatives
- Contribute to the overall success and growth of the HRIS team at Henry Ford Health System.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Information Technology, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Experience Working With Kronos Hris Software.
Strong Understanding Of Hr Processes And Best Practices.
Ability To Analyze Data And Provide Actionable Insights To Improve Hr Processes And Efficiency.
