HRIS Kronos Consultant

1. Maintain and optimize the HRIS Kronos system to ensure accurate and efficient employee data management.
2. Develop and implement strategies to improve the overall employee experience through the use of HR technology.
3. Collaborate with HR team members to identify and address any system issues or inefficiencies.
4. Serve as the subject matter expert for Kronos, providing guidance and support to HR team members and employees.
5. Train and educate HR staff on Kronos functionality and processes.
6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in HR technology and Kronos usage.
7. Continuously evaluate and make recommendations for system enhancements and upgrades.
8. Work with IT department to troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues related to Kronos.
9. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations related to HRIS Kronos usage.
10. Maintain confidentiality and security of employee data within the HRIS Kronos system.
11. Participate in project teams and assist in the implementation of new HR technology initiatives.
12. Collaborate with other departments, such as Payroll and Finance, to ensure accurate and timely data exchange between systems.
13. Provide excellent customer service to employees and HR team members, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
14. Assist with ad-hoc reporting and data analysis as needed.
15. Support the overall mission and values of Henry Ford Health System by promoting a positive and inclusive work culture.
