  1. Implement and maintain the Kronos system for HR operations, ensuring its effectiveness and efficiency in supporting our healthcare services.
  2. Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues related to the Kronos system.
  3. Collaborate with HR and IT teams to develop and implement new features and functionalities within Kronos.
  4. Train and provide support to HR staff on how to effectively use Kronos to manage employee information and processes.
  5. Regularly monitor and evaluate the Kronos system to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for enhancements.
  6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in HR technology, specifically in relation to Kronos.
  7. Develop and maintain documentation for Kronos processes and procedures.
  8. Communicate with Kronos support team to ensure timely resolution of any technical issues or concerns.
  9. Assist in the development and implementation of data management and reporting strategies within Kronos.
  10. Collaborate with other HRIS consultants to ensure consistency and accuracy of data across systems.
  11. Act as a subject matter expert for Kronos, providing guidance and support to HR and management teams.
  12. Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and standards regarding confidentiality and data security.
  13. Participate in ongoing training and professional development to maintain a high level of expertise in Kronos.
  14. Continuously assess and recommend process improvements to maximize efficiency and effectiveness of the Kronos system.
  15. Serve as a key member of the HR team, collaborating with colleagues to achieve departmental and organizational goals.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Information Technology, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Experience Implementing And Supporting Kronos Workforce Central.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Hr Processes And Practices, Including Payroll, Time And Attendance, And Employee Scheduling.

  • Proficient In Sql, Database Management, And Report Writing.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work With And Train Employees At All Levels Of The Organization.
