  1. Prepare tissue samples for analysis: The Histotechnologist will be responsible for accurately and efficiently preparing tissue samples for analysis, following established protocols and procedures.
  2. Ensure accuracy and quality: The Histotechnologist will play a crucial role in contributing to the diagnosis and treatment of patients by ensuring the accuracy and quality of prepared tissue samples.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Histotechnology, Biology, Or A Related Field.

  • Certified By The American Society For Clinical Pathology (Ascp) As A Histotechnologist (Ht) Or Histotechnician (Htl).

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience Working In A Histology Laboratory Setting.

  • Knowledge Of Current Histology Techniques And Procedures, Including Tissue Processing, Embedding, Sectioning, Staining, And Microscopy.

  • Strong Attention To Detail And Ability To Accurately Document And Maintain Records.
