  1. Oversee and manage the daily operations of our group practice clinics to ensure they are running smoothly and efficiently.
  2. Develop and implement strategic plans to improve the overall performance and profitability of the group practice.
  3. Collaborate with other members of the leadership team to establish and maintain high-quality standards of care and service.
  4. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators and metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
  5. Manage and allocate resources, including budget, staff, and equipment, to optimize productivity and cost-effectiveness.
  6. Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including physicians, staff, patients, and community members.
  7. Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards.
  8. Conduct regular staff meetings and trainings to promote a positive and productive work environment.
  9. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the operations of the group practice.
  10. Foster a culture of patient-centered care and service excellence among staff.
  11. Handle any operational issues or conflicts that may arise and provide timely resolutions.
  12. Collaborate with other departments and teams within the organization to ensure seamless coordination and communication.
  13. Participate in strategic planning and decision-making processes for the organization as a whole.
  14. Develop and maintain a culture of accountability and continuous improvement within the group practice.
  15. Serve as a role model for professionalism, integrity, and ethical decision-making.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Or A Related Field.

  • At Least 5 Years Of Experience In Healthcare Operations, Preferably In A Group Practice Setting.

  • Knowledge Of Healthcare Regulations, Compliance, And Reimbursement Systems.

  • Strong Leadership And Management Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Oversee A Large Team.

  • Excellent Communication And Problem-Solving Abilities, With The Ability To Handle Complex And Diverse Operational Issues.
