  1. Develop and implement strategic plans for the group practice, in alignment with the overall goals and objectives of Henry Ford Health System.
  2. Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the group practice, including budgeting, staffing, and resource allocation.
  3. Hire, train, and mentor a team of healthcare professionals, including physicians, nurses, and administrative staff, to ensure high-quality care and service delivery.
  4. Collaborate with other departments and leadership teams within Henry Ford Health System to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and enhance patient care.
  5. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and take corrective action as needed.
  6. Ensure compliance with all regulatory and accreditation standards, as well as internal policies and procedures.
  7. Foster a patient-centric culture within the group practice, promoting a positive patient experience and providing support for patient and family feedback.
  8. Work closely with clinical staff to implement evidence-based practices and identify opportunities for quality improvement.
  9. Serve as a liaison between the group practice and external stakeholders, including insurance providers, community organizations, and other healthcare facilities.
  10. Stay current with industry trends and best practices in healthcare management, and proactively identify opportunities for innovation and growth within the group practice.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In A Leadership Role In Healthcare, Preferably In A Group Practice Setting.

  • Strong Understanding Of Healthcare Regulations And Compliance Requirements.

  • Demonstrated Ability To Develop And Implement Strategic Initiatives To Improve Quality Of Care And Patient Satisfaction.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate And Build Relationships With Physicians, Staff, And Other Stakeholders.

  • Master’s Degree In Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
