Job Description

The Henry Ford Health System is looking for an Eye Care Assistant to join our team of dedicated health professionals and provide direct care to our patients. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent patient care and support services to ophthalmologists and optometrists.To be successful in this role, you must be a compassionate individual with excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. You should also be highly organized, detail-oriented, and possess a strong work ethic. In addition, you should have experience with medical terminology and have a strong knowledge of ophthalmology/optometry procedures and practice standards.At the Henry Ford Health System, we strive to provide a comfortable and positive patient experience.
