Job Description

At the Henry Ford Health System, we are currently searching for an experienced and highly motivated Executive Assistant for our Neurosurgery department. We are looking for an individual who has the ability to juggle multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and work with a wide variety of people. The ideal candidate will possess superior organizational skills, excellent attention to detail, and strong interpersonal and communication skills.The Executive Assistant will provide direct support to the Physician-in-Chief of Neurosurgery, ensuring smooth and efficient operations. This individual will be responsible for providing administrative support such as meeting coordination, scheduling, and travel arrangements. The Executive Assistant must be able to prioritize tasks and manage competing demands while remaining organized and efficient at all times.We are looking for a candidate who has a minimum of 5 years of experience in an administrative or executive support role, preferably in a healthcare or medical setting. A bachelor’s degree is preferred but not required. The successful candidate should also have a proficient understanding of Microsoft Office applications and be comfortable using electronic health records systems. We are seeking someone who is highly professional and can represent the department with a warm and friendly demeanor.
