Medical Degree And Board Certification: The Division Head Of Movement Disorders Should Possess A Medical Degree (Md Or Do) And Be Board Certified In Neurology Or A Related Specialty.
Extensive Experience In Movement Disorders: A Minimum Of 5-7 Years Of Experience In Diagnosing And Treating Movement Disorders Such As Parkinson's Disease, Huntington's Disease, And Essential Tremor Is Required For This Role.
Leadership And Management Skills: The Division Head Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Effectively Leading And Managing A Team Of Healthcare Professionals, As Well As Implementing Strategic Initiatives And Overseeing Budgets.
Research And Publications: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Strong Background In Research And Have Published Papers In Reputable Journals Related To Movement Disorders.
