- Develop and implement a comprehensive transition plan for the revenue cycle process, ensuring a smooth and seamless integration of new systems and technologies.
- Oversee a team of revenue cycle specialists and provide guidance and support throughout the transition process.
- Collaborate with various departments, including IT and finance, to ensure all systems and processes are aligned and integrated effectively.
- Monitor and analyze revenue cycle metrics to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to optimize revenue cycle performance.
- Conduct regular training and educational sessions to ensure all staff are properly trained on new processes and systems.
- Identify and resolve any issues or roadblocks that may arise during the transition process, working closely with stakeholders to find solutions.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements related to revenue cycle management.
- Continuously evaluate and enhance revenue cycle processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on revenue cycle management and provide guidance and support to other departments as needed.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with external vendors and partners involved in the revenue cycle transition process.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in revenue cycle management to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement.
Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management, With A Focus On Transition And Implementation Of New Systems And Processes.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Or A Related Field. Master's Degree Preferred.
Proven Track Record Of Successful Revenue Cycle Transition Projects, Including The Ability To Develop And Execute Project Plans, Manage Budgets, And Meet Project Deadlines.
Strong Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Manage And Motivate A Team Of Revenue Cycle Professionals And Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams.
In-Depth Knowledge Of Industry Best Practices And Trends In Revenue Cycle Management, Including Understanding Of Federal And State Regulations Related To Healthcare Billing And Reimbursement.
