Director Rehabilitation Services

At Henry Ford Health System, we are looking for a Director of Rehabilitation Services who will be responsible for the successful functioning of our rehabilitation programs. The Director will provide leadership, direction, and oversight of all aspects of rehabilitation services, including staff, budget, and operations.The ideal candidate for this position should have a Master’s degree in Physical Therapy or Occupational Therapy (or a related field) and a minimum of 5 years of progressive management experience in a rehabilitation setting. Additionally, the ideal candidate should possess excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills, as well as a strong commitment to providing a high level of patient care.This is an exciting opportunity to lead the development and implementation of our rehabilitation programs, and ensure the highest quality of care for our patients.
