  1. Oversee and manage the daily operations of adult psychotherapy services, ensuring high-quality and evidence-based care is provided to patients.
  2. Develop and implement strategies to enhance and improve adult psychotherapy programs, with a focus on meeting the needs of the community.
  3. Lead and inspire a team of mental health professionals, providing guidance, support, and supervision as needed.
  4. Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to develop and implement new initiatives and programs to meet the evolving needs of patients.
  5. Stay up-to-date with current research and best practices in the field of psychotherapy, and integrate this knowledge into the services provided.
  6. Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements, as well as internal policies and procedures.
  7. Manage and monitor budget and resources for adult psychotherapy services, making recommendations for improvements and cost-saving measures.
  8. Conduct regular evaluations and assessments of staff performance, providing feedback and coaching as needed.
  9. Foster a positive and inclusive work environment, promoting teamwork, communication, and mutual respect among staff.
  10. Serve as a liaison with external partners and organizations, representing the adult psychotherapy services and advocating for the mental health needs of the community.
  11. Take a hands-on approach to problem-solving and conflict resolution, addressing any issues that may arise in a timely and effective manner.
  12. Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation and records, ensuring confidentiality and privacy of patient information.
  13. Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to promote and raise awareness of adult psychotherapy services and programs.
  14. Attend and participate in meetings, conferences, and other professional development opportunities to stay current with industry trends and advancements.

Job Qualifications
  • Master's Or Doctorate Degree In Psychology, Counseling, Or Related Field.

  • Licensed Or Eligible For Licensure In The State Of Michigan As A Psychologist, Social Worker, Or Licensed Professional Counselor.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In A Leadership Role Within A Mental Health Setting, Preferably In An Adult Psychotherapy Services Program.

  • Demonstrated Expertise And Proficiency In Evidence-Based Psychotherapy Treatments For A Variety Of Mental Health Disorders.

  • Strong Understanding Of Healthcare Regulations, Compliance, And Insurance Processes, With The Ability To Effectively Manage Budgets And Resources.
