CQI Quality Improvement Lead

The Henry Ford Health System is looking for a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team as a CQI Quality Improvement Lead. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the development, implementation, and evaluation of CQI projects and initiatives to ensure quality and patient safety. We are looking for an individual who is detail-oriented, organized, and has excellent communication and problem-solving skills.To be successful in this role, you should have a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and a minimum of 5 years of experience in a healthcare quality improvement environment. Experience in Lean Six Sigma methodology and health care quality improvement is preferred. A Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ) certification is also desired. You should be an inspiring leader with the ability to motivate and develop team members. You must also have strong analytical, project management, and problem-solving skills.
