The Henry Ford Health System is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Coordinator - Medical Records Auditor to join our team. As a Coordinator - Medical Records Auditor, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and completeness of medical records in accordance with the system's standards. To be successful in this role, you must have strong organizational and communication skills, as well as a working knowledge of medical records and health information management. You must also have a commitment to quality and accuracy and be able to work independently. Job Qualifications

  • Knowledge Of Medical Terminology

  • Bachelor's Degree In Health Information Management

  • Registered Health Information Administrator (Rhia) Certification

  • Minimum Of Three Years' Experience In A Health Information Management Environment

  • Proficiency In Microsoft Office Applications

  • Experience With Electronic Health Record (Ehr) Systems

  • Ability To Analyze Medical Records And Identify Discrepancies

  • Excellent Organizational And Communication Skills.
