In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and policies at our various healthcare sites.   1. Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures for all healthcare sites within the organization.
  2. Conduct regular audits and risk assessments to ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and policies.
  3. Monitor changes in laws and regulations and update policies and procedures accordingly.
  4. Collaborate with department leaders to provide compliance training and education to all employees.
  5. Investigate and address any compliance issues or concerns raised by employees or external parties.
  6. Keep up-to-date records and documentation of compliance activities.
  7. Communicate regularly with senior management regarding compliance activities, concerns, and progress.
  8. Serve as the main point of contact for any compliance-related inquiries or audits.
  9. Develop and maintain relationships with external regulatory agencies and stay informed of industry trends and best practices.
  10. Prepare and submit compliance reports to regulatory agencies and government entities.
  11. Ensure proper handling and protection of sensitive and confidential information.
  12. Establish and maintain a culture of compliance throughout the organization.
  13. Lead and direct a team of compliance professionals, providing guidance, training, and support.
  14. Stay current with industry developments and changes in compliance standards.
  15. Continuously review and improve compliance processes and procedures to ensure the organization remains compliant with all regulations and laws.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Healthcare Administration, Business Management, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In Healthcare Compliance, Preferably In A Hospital Or Health System Setting.

  • Strong Knowledge And Understanding Of Federal And State Healthcare Regulations, Such As Hipaa And Medicare/Medicaid Guidelines.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams.

  • Proven Track Record Of Developing And Implementing Compliance Policies And Procedures, As Well As Conducting Audits And Investigations.
