Compliance Site Manager

- Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures for all healthcare sites within the organization.
- Conduct regular audits and risk assessments to ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and policies.
- Monitor changes in laws and regulations and update policies and procedures accordingly.
- Collaborate with department leaders to provide compliance training and education to all employees.
- Investigate and address any compliance issues or concerns raised by employees or external parties.
- Keep up-to-date records and documentation of compliance activities.
- Communicate regularly with senior management regarding compliance activities, concerns, and progress.
- Serve as the main point of contact for any compliance-related inquiries or audits.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external regulatory agencies and stay informed of industry trends and best practices.
- Prepare and submit compliance reports to regulatory agencies and government entities.
- Ensure proper handling and protection of sensitive and confidential information.
- Establish and maintain a culture of compliance throughout the organization.
- Lead and direct a team of compliance professionals, providing guidance, training, and support.
- Stay current with industry developments and changes in compliance standards.
- Continuously review and improve compliance processes and procedures to ensure the organization remains compliant with all regulations and laws.
Bachelor's Degree In Healthcare Administration, Business Management, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In Healthcare Compliance, Preferably In A Hospital Or Health System Setting.
Strong Knowledge And Understanding Of Federal And State Healthcare Regulations, Such As Hipaa And Medicare/Medicaid Guidelines.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams.
Proven Track Record Of Developing And Implementing Compliance Policies And Procedures, As Well As Conducting Audits And Investigations.
